Hey hi.
Happy Friday! How has your week been? I think I can finally slow down to a crawl after being super busy, the weather is amazingly cool and it is finally weekend. I’d say that makes for a winning week.
It’s supposed to be autumn here by now and I am so excited about the cooler weather. I am not really one to only use certain colours in certain seasons but I am really excited for autumn colours. One of the shades I’ve been seeing around a lot lately (probably coincidently) is the dark or navy blue. I knew I wanted to do something with the navy I showed the other day but I couldn’t quite decide what to do with it. I was torn between gold, copper or bronze with the blue and after some checking in with the girls, I settled on bronze. Let me show you what I did.
I started with 2 coats of Catrice – Deep dark waters on all my nails and left that to dry completely. Once it was dry I stamped on the tips using Lina I foil in love 1 and Mundo de Unas – Bronze. I was tempted to keep it matte (the polish is matte) but eventually the topcoat won and I left it shiny. That’s it. Easy peasy.
I am quite fond of the blue with the bronze and this stamping plate is just delicious!! I love every single image on the plate. I can’t wait to use it with all the autumn colours and jewel tone images. Have you tried any of the Lina plates? Do you the I foil in love plate? I recently got the second one as well and its as stunning as you expect. I look forward to showing you. What do you think of this blue and bronze combo? It is incredibly simple but I like that it is striking. It’s one of those times where I think I am cheating because this was too easy and simple. What do you think? Does it work?
Thanks for reading and have a fabulous weekend.

One day when you least expect it, I’ll just show up at your front door with a huge box and grab all the plates and polishes… I’ll sort out the duplicates later 😉
