Hey hi,
I know, I know….a post on a Thursday! It’s just a short one so I thought I would squeeze it into this week.
After my post last week with the China Glaze – Glam finale swatches I did get a comparison request. New year, new boo seemed like a popular one and Juanita asked for a comparison between that and 2 other blues. I was quite excited when she asked because not only is it a gorgeous polish, the ones to compare it to are gorgeous too. So let’s see how it goes,
On my index I have 2 coats of Hean #466, on my pinky is 2 coats of Smudge – Navy seal. On my middle and ring finger I have 2 coats of China Glaze – New year, new boo. I expected Hean #466 to be the closest to New year, new boo and I was right. Navy Seal is definitely the lightest of the 3 and even though #466 is closer in colour, it isn’t quite dark enough. They are all similar in finish. They are all blue with shimmer and I dare even say the colour of the shimmer is the same. The base colour is quite different. New year, new boo is much darker, almost navy. All of them are absolutely stunning. Formula wise they are all stunning too. My opinion, you could definitely use them all and should get them.
What do you think? Do you have any of them? Which one is your favourite? Do you have any other comparisons you want to see?
Thanks for reading,
Renita
