Happy Friday! I’ll be honest, it feels like Sunday for me already. Yesterday being a public holiday means my weekend started a while ago and I am beyond excited that it is technically only started now. Double weekend is amazing! It is also freezing and raining and perfect weather to cuddle up in blankies and watch movies or binge watch some series. What are you up to this weekend?
When I placed my last ILNP order I ordered a few polishes that really just blew my mind with it’s beauty. I am doing that thing again where I don’t use polishes because it is so gorgeous. Like it is a one time use thing. I annoy myself when I do that because I really SHOULD be using thee beautiful polishes. Of course, I immediately grabbed one and today I get to show it to you. Hopefully I will pull the trigger and use more of them soon. Let me show you what I did.
I started with 2 coats of ILNp – Downpour on all my nails and left to dry completely. I was going to do something completely different but when I saw this image on the stamping plate I knew I had to use it. So I stamped using Lina Make your Mark 06 and Mundo de Unas – Ocre. I used Nubar – Hot blue to fill in one side of the image and then applied it to my ring finger and middle finger. I topcoated everything and that was that. I also have a swatch for you
ILNP – Downpour
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. This is a beautiful bright blue filled with silver holo and purple glitter. Unfortunately the holo didn’t show up so well in my lightbox but this is quite holo and is stupid beautiful. Stunning formula and really opaque too. I adore this polish. I wish I could show you the holo too but trust me, stunning!
What do you think? Does the stamping work? Do you also love this polish? Should I have stuck with my original idea or something else? Honestly, I was so in love with this polish I didn’t really care what I did with it 😉 I do really like the image I stamped. It is like a sound waves pattern and it just so fun.

That’s a gorgeous blue, but I don’t know if your original idea would have been better… you haven’t shared it yet! So I guess you just have to do that manicure as well so we can make an educated decision… and you get to use Downpour again 😉
