It always feels so strange to me to be posting on weekends in September. So hello Sunday, I hope you’re treating everyone well 😉

Orange nails. My nemesis. Let me show you what I did
I started with 2 coats of Color Club – Silver lake on my pinky and 2 coats of OPI – Where did Suzi’s man-go? on my ring finger. I then used 1 coat of Color club – Silver lake on my middle and index. Once it was completely dry I did a sponged gradient on my middle and index using Color club – Silver lake and OPI – Where did Suzi’s man-go?. Once the gradient was dry I stamped over it using Lina – Twirls & swirls 01 and Mundo de Unas – Geranium. I topcoated and voila!
I think this is my least favourite prompt. I like orange polish but I always seem to struggle making it the focal point. I’m not sure if this works but it was fun to wear. What do you think? Also, please give me some ideas for next time 😉

Of course you’re more into pastels as Spring is about to start over there on the Southern hemisphere but maybe next time you could go for a darker, maybe even burnt orange, combined with those orange-red-flakies and maybe black stamping? You know, a more autumn-y approach 😉

I love your orange nail art! I also really struggle with this colour (even though I dislike some other prompts more) and think you nailed it!

This stamp looks similiar to the delicate stamp i used.. obviously all swirls are similiar. But somehow yours looks like superior swirls!
It does! Thats why I was curious what plate you used. I don’t think mine are superior at all 😉
