It is pouring with rain this morning and we have a huge storm. It’s glorious although I must be honest I could do without the lightning. It’s great to be cool again because I am NOT ready for the summer heat. How is your weekend going?

Metallic is a broad spectrum of options but one thing I did know was that I am really loving the matte metallic look. So that I wanted to go simple and matte. Let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of Nubar – Noir on all my nails and let that dry completely. I then stamped using Lina – Feeling Shapely 05 and China Glaze – Harmony. I topcoated and once it was dry I used a matte topcoat. That’s it!
I really like the look even though I feel this was a little too easy. I love the purple metallic over the black base. What do you think? Does it work for this prompt?

You have to love that China Glaze Romantique-collection, right? I think it’s the only full CC collection I’ve ever purchased (read: talked hubby into buying for me).
