Once again, two posts for today. You’re probably so tired of hearing from me so I will just quietly sneak this one in 😉
Time for another week of #52weeknailchallenge hosted by Polish Portfolio. As always, you can follow this # to see what other people are creating and you can find the list of prompts for this year below.
The prompt this week is paisley and I immediately knew what I wanted to do. My favourite paisley stamp is in one of my first sets from Bundle Monster (now Maniology). I only needed a second looking at a polish and I had my colour combo decided too. Let me show you,
I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Turned up turquoise on my pinky and 2 coats of China Glaze – Grape pop on the rest of my nails. I then stamped on my index and middle nail using BM-315 and Mundo de Unas – Fiji. I topcoated and ta-dah!
I really liked these colours together and I really like this paisley image. When I looked through all the prompts early in the year I had an idea about gradients and pastel paisley but this just felt right for now. Maybe I will do the other version later 😉 What do you think? Does it work? Do you think the colours work together?
