52 week nail art challenge – Week 40: White + pink

Hey guys,

This should be the last double post for a while.

Time for another week of #52weeknailchallenge hosted by Polish Portfolio.  As always, you can follow this # to see what other people are creating and you can find the list of prompts for this year below.

The prompt this week is White + pink and of course, I give it a huge two thumbs up. I don’t think you can ever go wrong with pink and anything to be honest.  Let’s hope I can convince my camera to love it too.  Let me show you what I did,

I started with 1 coat of Sinful Colors – Snow me white on all my nails and left that to dry completely.  I then did a sponged gradient using Sinful Colors – Snow me white and Revlon – Enamor.  Once that was completely dry I stamped on my middle and ring fingers using Lina – Twirls & swirls 01 and first Mundo de Unas – Black and then Mundo de Unas – Orchid.  I topcoated and that was that.

 

I really don’t like how my skin looks but I was more concerned about getting the pink and white to shine.  I wish I could figure out why this was happening but anyway, it is what it is.  What do you think?  Does it work?  Do you like white and pink together as well?
