Yeah, I’m winning at post titles today aren’t I? 😛
Anyway, I really really like the combination I have for you today. So I am just going to jump right in and show you.
I started with Essence – Hey nude on my pinky. Can I just take a minute to chat about Hey, nude. I have seen so many people use it and make it look amazing but I just can not get it to look decent on me. I love it so much but every time I wear it it just looks ‘meh’ compared to others. I will keep trying though. I think I just need a bit of patience and take it a bit slower. Anyway, I used 2 coats of China Glaze – Don’t honk your thorn on my ring and middle nails and 2 coats of China Glaze – Flying dragon on my index **nail. When that was completely dry I stamped my ring and middle using China Glaze – Flying dragon and BM402.
Do you like it? I really do. Especially the colours together. I have always been too scared to use that stamp but just look how cute it is. Let’s not even talk about Flying dragon. How gorgeous is Flying dragon? Let me show you.
China Glaze – Flying dragon
There is apparently two versions of this polish and by the looks of things I have the ‘neon’ version (my bottle says ‘neon’ below the name) It dries matte and has blue and pink micro glitter / shimmer in it. It isn’t super apparent on the nail but it is definitely there and it is stunning. This is 2 coats with no topcoat.
China Glaze – Flying dragon (with topcoat)
This is 2 coats with topcoat. It’s gorgeous right?

I really love this colour. It’s a creamy nude with tons of really subtle shimmer. So gorgeous. This is 2 coats with no topcoat.

“Don’t honk your thorn” has really got my eye! Personally I would love ANY nude that doesn’t require 3 coats or more. (Streaky polish is a personal pet peeve.)
