Another new Tip Top collection

Hi lovelies,

Did you have a good weekend?  What did you get up to? I had a hair appointment on Saturday and when I got home the husband decided he wanted to go somewhere.  So we did.  And then we went to another mall.  And then another one.  Of course you know that meant a lot of shopping! It has been so hot and humid here though.  It made for a grumpy me :/

As I am sure you know by now, Tip Top announced in December that they would be closing down.  According to their Facebook page they will announce their new plans today.  What I do know though, is that they have a ton of new shades released lately.  I’ve managed to pick up quite a few of them.  They don’t really have collection names but there are usually 6 in each.  These today is the only set I’ve managed to find all 6.  All the others I will show what I have.  Anyway,  these polishes are so gorgeous.  They are bright pastel neons.  If you noticed the Maybelline Bleached Neons that the international bloggers were showing off last year and drooled like me, you might really like these.  These are just like I imagine the bleached neons to look like.  Let me just show you 😉

Tip Top – Strawberry pop

This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  The ‘camera-hates-pink’ curse has struck again.  This pink is brighter than it appears here.  If you look at the bottle you will see that it is a little brighter than on the nail.  It is SO beautiful.  It’s different.  It isn’t a neon pink and it isn’t just a normal pink either. Bright pastel neon?  Yes, that is a good way to explain it.  It’s gorgeous.  You want this! Great formula and opacity.

Tip Top – Peach soda

This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  It’s a orange peachy shade.  Again, bright pastel neon.  I didn’t think I would love this one but it really is so gorgeous.  Really great formula and opacity. It’s super summery!

Tip Top – It’s lime time

You guys!!  This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  I LOVE this one.  It’s a lime green milky bright pastel neon.  Yes those are lots of adjectives. I am a little obsessed with this one to be honest.  It is unique and stunning.  Also, great formula and opacity.

Tip Top – Blueberry pie

Seriously?! This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  In the bottle there is a darker blue / purple flash but I didn’t notice it on the nail at all.  This is a bright baby blue with great formula and opacity.  I was a little sad to take this one off actually.  It is stunning!

Tip Top – Banana split

This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  Can you see how tanned this colour makes me look 😛  It is bright but not highlighter neon yellow bright.  Yup, you guessed it, bright pastel neon yellow. The formula is great as well as the opacity.

Tip Top – Aye papaya

This is 2 coats with no topcoat.  It is a coral colour but the ‘my-camera-hates-pink’ curse makes it look a smidge more orange than it is.  Another one I liked more than I thought I would.  Again, great formula and opacity.  This one is maybe not as ‘bright’ as some of the others but I would still call it a bright pastel neon.

These are all SO stunning.  Seriously, you want them all.  They are perfect summery shades and great formulas.  They are also all milky neons so don’t need a white base coat.

**Once I have shown you all the new Tip Top polishes I have I am going to do a few comparisons.  If you would like to see any polishes compared please let me know and I will include them all.  This is not limited to just Tip Top polishes**
