Hello my lovelies! Happy Heritage day! I hope all my South African readers are enjoying their public holiday. I know I am!
Today is the 5th post in the M.T.V Challenge and I really struggled. Not because I didn’t have any ideas but because I have too many gorgeous blue polishes and couldn’t decide. 😉
I decided to go with an oldie but a goodie from my collection. Let me show you.
I used 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Neptune on my pinky, index and thumb and then I used Tip Top – In the Navy for my ring and middle fingers. In the Navy could possibly be one of the most beautiful polishes. It is perfection to apply and dries to a shiny gorgeous finish. So that covered the blue. I couldn’t think of anything as delicate print besides stamping so using my Essence plate and Tip Top – Armour Plate I stamped the ‘Delicate Print’ image on my ring and middle finger. I think the silver of the stamping really picks up the silver flecks in Neptune. Here are a few more photos.
I really loved this combination of colours. Out of interest, do you prefer just one or two photos or a few different ones from different angles like in this post? I often end up with so many photos so I would love to hear what you prefer.
Ok, the colours I used:
Sinful Colors – Neptune
Tip Top – In the Navy
What do you think of my interpretation of ‘Blue & Delicate Print’? What would you have done for todays topic? Have you done something before that would fit into this topic. Leave your link in the comments so I can check it out.
Go and have a look at what the other ladies are doing for todays topic:
I just want to take a moment to pass on my thoughts and condolences to Thea from Madness Nails and her family as she has just lost her grandfather. Naturally, her challenge post will not be up today. Thinking of you T! xx
Unfortunately that is it for me today. I am going to carry on being lazy for the rest of the public holiday so that I can take full advantage. I hope you are as well?
Thanks for reading!

Beautiful mani! I prefer a few extra photos of art or if a polish has depth or flashes of colour. Straight swatches one photo is fine.
Thank you! And thanks for the feedback! xx
Really pretty Michelle.
Thanks Lynette.
I don’t mind different photos as I love looking at pics.
I think this is definitely delicate. I ADORE the stamping.
Thanks so much V!!! xx
Looks lovely!
Thanks you so much Charlene! xx
Aaah your stamping looks so perfect! I still struggle getting mine to the edges of my nails 🙁
Thank you so much Kerry! Do you roll your stamp onto your nails or just press down?

This is probably going to sound weird… But I have added you to my list of Bloggers that inspire me!
I think you are becoming such a talent!!! Well you always were but I mean now you are on a whole other level… Your on a WPP level!
Your Stamping & Swatching is pure perfection!!!
Wow Tyler, thank you so so much. That is such a compliment and very high praise. I really do appreciate it so much.
xx
I roll it but my nails are quite curved so that’s probably why. Hopefully with more practice I’ll get it 🙂
Seriously, when I click reply it always seems to reply to the wrong thing. Sorry!
My nails are a bit curved as well. I would assume with curved nails and rolling it would work best but yes, definitely practice. I don’t see anything wrong with your stamping as is anyway!
This is stunning! I love, love that Tip Top blue! Wow! And seriously, you are amazeballs at stamping!
Thank you so much Imka! That TT blue is amazing! xx
I love your interpretation of this prompt! I love blue polish, so maybe I am biased. 😉 I really like the two shades you chose and the stamping fits perfectly! Well done!
Thank you so much Lesley. I must say I am quite proud of this one too. I think everything just worked so well together!
I feel your pain M! Blues probably rule my stash so choosing is always hard! This mani is gorgeous though! Love Neptune! Definitely another blue that can come home to mommy! In a totally non-pervy way…
Love it M!
hehe Thanks T! LOL @ non-pervy way. come to mama!
