Born Pretty Store stamping plate review – BP-56

Well, we have made it half way through the week.  I see that as a total win! How has your week been?

I have another stamping plate review from Born Pretty Store.  If you are anything like me then your wishlist for nail art supplies gets longer every day.  If this stamping plate isn’t on it you should go right now and add it.  Their stamping plates also just keep getting better and better with gorgeous designs.  This plate is BP-56 and you can find it here (or click on the image)

These plates also come with a blue protective film that needs to be removed before use.

One of my favourite things about this plate is that you can use the one big image and spread it out across all your nails to create one continuous image.  It’s gorgeous! Let me show you the art I did with it.

I started out with 2 coats of Essence – Black is back on all my nails.  Once it was completely dry I started with my stamping.  On my middle nail I used the smaller long flower image on the right and made a decal.  I stamped using Born Pretty Store stamping polish in black.  I stamped in black because I didn’t want the additional swirls of the image to show up.  I just wanted the flowers and some leaves.  I then filled in the flowers using China Glaze – Admire.  I filled in the leaves using China Glaze – Cherish.  I then applied this decal to my middle nail.  I then stamped the bigger image across the rest of my nails.  I wanted to keep the flowery images pink and the leaves and swirls green so I did gradient stamping of some sort with the images.  I stamped using the same colours.  I then topcoated and that was that.

I really love the green and pink metallic / chrome polishes on the black and these stamp so beautifully!
