Happy Wednesday! It’s downhill to the weekend now.
I have 2 more of the Hean City Fashion collection polishes to show you that I got from the amazing Glamore Cosmetics. As I mentioned the other day, when I unpacked them and saw certain polishes next to each other I just knew I had to pair them up. So let me show you what I paired together today.
Hean City Fashion #168
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. It is such a gorgeous and bright turquoise creme with a stunning formula. The opacity was really great too. Can we just take a moment to talk about how gorgeous this colour is. Wow! I didn’t have any staining on my nails but when I removed it I had a bit of colour on my skin. I thought it would be hard to get off but I just had to wash my hands and it came off. No scrubbing required.
Hean City Fashion #178
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. This is a peach colour but it does look a bit more orange in some lights. It’s really beautiful and if like me, you’ve been on the hunt for a great peach then this is the one you want. It’s bright but still pastel if that makes sense. Beautiful formula and great opacity.
Now let me show how I combined these two.
I am such a sucker for polka dots and while I was swatching these I accidentally made a polka dot on top of one of the colours and I loved how it looked. So I knew I wanted to do polka dots. On my ring finger I have 2 coats of Hean City Fashion #178 and on all my other nails I have 2 coats of Hean City Fashion #168. When that was all completely dry I used a smallish dotting tool and the opposing colour to make polka dots on all my nails. It was so interesting to see how adding the peach to the turquoise made it seem a little more green in some light yet in other light it made it seem more blue. That just confirms what a beautiful colour it is. I topcoated and that was that.
What do you think? I really really love both of these colours and I think they go together quite well. Have you grabbed some Hean City Fashion polishes yet? I can highly recommend both of these so go over to Glamore Cosmetics and grab yours too. You can find them here:
Thanks for reading,
If this is the orange that you had on your nails on Sunday I can also say it is absolutely stunning!!!
I wish I knew how you got such perfect polka-dots!!! mine are always, always different sizes… I suppose I need to practice some more.

Beautiful colors and a great combo indeed.
The orange dots almost seem to vibrate against that blue!
