31DC2016 Day 08: Metallic nails

Hello lovelies,

Phew, what a week! The season is changing, it’s getting warmer and the days are getting longer.  I’m not sure yet how I feel about it but we’ll see 😉

It’s almost the end of the colour prompts and then we are moving onto the ‘styles’ prompts. You can follow #31DC2016 on social media and here is a list of the prompts.

Metallic.  I love metallic nails but it can get a bit too much metallic.  Let’s see how mine turned out.

I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Black on black on all my nails and left that to dry completely. I then stamped in vertical gradient metallic colours using MoYou London explorer plate 3 and China Glaze – Cherish (green), China Glaze – Harmony (purple) and China Glaze – Adore (blue).  I then topcoated and that was that.  Pretty simple and easy but I wish there was more distinction between the blue and green polishes.
