Hello lovelies,
Did you have a good week? It seemed to go by in a blur. I feel like I am getting more behind instead of ahead with things 😛 To add injury to insult, I had a nail break just over a week ago and it feels like my nails are just not growing. So please excuse all the different nail lengths happening around here lately :/. The worst part is that I was half way through swatching 2 collections and now I can’t finish either till my nails grow.
Anyway, enough of my complaining. Let me show you some nail art.
I started with 2 coats of Morgan Taylor – J’adore my mani on all my nails and left that to dry completely. I then added chevron vinyls to my pinky, middle and index fingers and added a coat of Sinful Colors – Black on black and removed the vinyls immediately. I wanted to create a triangle half moon (but some went a big higher up than I had wanted). I then stamped on my ring finger using BPL-029. The image is a single flower so I used Mundo de Unas – Black and stamped the flower twice. I then topcoated all my nails doing one a time and adding a small rhinestone to the corner of each chevron and also the middle of each flower. This polish was just so pretty so let me show you that
Morgan Taylor – J’adore my mani
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. It is a dark pink / fuchsia jelly base with very dense pink / fuchsia glitter. It applies really beautifully and 2 coats gives great coverage. It’s a little on the thick side that I am getting used to with glitter packed jellies, especially such dense glitter. It was still really easy to apply. This polish is sooooooo beautiful that I almost feel photo’s do it no justice. It is so sparkly and pretty. Let me give you a closer look.
This is not very colour accurate but it does show how dense and beautiful the glitter in this is. In the sun, this might blind you.
What do you think? Isn’t this polish just beautiful? I don’t mind the nail art I did but this polish is so stunning I feel like maybe it needed more 😉 I hope you have a fabulous weekend and I will see you on the flip side!
