Happy Friday! I hope you have a fun weekend planned! It’s going to be a goodie this side with #DBNBloggerMeet coming up! I know I am quite behind in these comparisons but I promise to catch up with them soon. They’re all ready to go.
This is another request from acidicice after my post about the Tip Top Neons. I mentioned that Tip Top had another neon pink called Sexy Bikini so I am going to compare the two. Keeping in mind they are different finishes. Sexy Bikini is a creme and Get the party started is a jelly. So let’s see how the colour compares.
Here is 2 coats of Sexy bikini and 3 coats Get the party started. They are not quite the same shade of pink. Sexy Bikini is a blue toned pink and Get the party started seems more orange toned. They are both definite neons and are beautifully bright.
Keeping in mind that Get the party started is a jelly I am not sure how it would compare if I put a white base under the pink. I am not inclined to do it as I think it builds up really well in 3 coats and is still bright enough to be obvious neon. So if you want me to do that comparison I will but I am not sure if it will really change the end result.
