Did you have a good weekend? I had a great weekend it was just freezing! I lie, Saturday was fine but Sunday was just a giant block of ice. I love it! I hope you had a good rest over the weekend and that you’re reading to tackle this week. It’s going to be a good one!
It’s week 29 of the #52weeknailchallenge from Polish Portfolio. Week 29 you guys!! This challenge is similar to the 31 Day challenge except this is one prompt for every week of the year. Week 29 prompt is inspired by a video tutorial and I have MANY of those saved. To be honest though, I didn’t really feel like doing any of them. Or wait, I want to do them but I didn’t want to do it for this prompt. I chose one I have been wanting to try for a while but I chose the WAY easy way out. It does say ‘inspired by…’ right? 😛 I will definitely try the proper one at some point. Actually, as soon as I can find the right stamping plate. I was inspired by this video from Cassis P (obviously). So let me show you what I did.
I started with 2 coats of Sinful Colors – Rendezvous and let that dry completely. I then stamped on my ring finger and middle finger using BP-L041 and Mundo de Unas black. I topcoated and that was that.
Yeah, I didn’t really feel this but it had the argyle and that was the vital part of the tutorial. I am dying to find a plate that I can use to do the same as the tutorial. In the mean time I will just enjoy the argyle and plaid I do have. The polish is really pretty though.
Sinful Colors – Rendezvous
This is 2 coats with no topcoat. It’s a beautiful minty creme with a really good formula. It is also nice and opaque. This shade is always quite popular and this one doesn’t disappoint at all. I am enjoying the Sinful Shine range but I do wish the regular Sinful Colors range was still available.
What do you think? I really like the polish but I just don’t know why I didn’t feel this prompt at all. Maybe I just didn’t go through enough video tutorials. Aaaaanyway…onwards and upwards 😉

I love Cassis… Such a pity she doens’t blog anymore! Maybe we should do one of her designs for a Triad? And this is not cheating (okay maybe), it looks great though! And I also love that mint!
Ugh I so agree with you. I have SO many of her manicures on my ‘must do’ list. I actually have a Cassis original as one of my choices for September 😛

Hahahaha I don’t have the September one done I just have some choices ready for when I need to make a decision. But yeah I am usually 2 – 3 weeks ahead. Usually!
