Hey hi hello!
It’s finally FRIDAY!! This has been a crazy long week. I promise to tell you more about this craziness next week but for now I just need to take a deep breath, take a weekend to relax and gear up for next week. What are you doing this weekend? I hope it’s a good one.
It’s time for another Friday Triad with Juanita and Joyce . So once a month we will make turns choosing someones nail art to use as inspiration for this post. You can look forward to these posts on the last friday of each month. This month it was Joyce’s turn to choose and again, she made my heart happy! At least at first. She chose this post by @didoline and man it is a beautiful choice. I loved it so much that it took me a solid day just to settle on an idea. I wanted to recreate but I also wanted to do this in a million colour choices and ideas. I guess that means it was a brilliant choice right? Let me show you what I did,
I started with 2 coats of China Glaze – Highlight of my summer on my pinky and 2 coats of Starrily – King Midas on the rest of my nails. I left that to dry completely and then started on the index and middle nail designs. I stamped using Lina – Feeling shapely 01 and Mundo de Unas – Black. I then used China Glaze – Highlight of my summer to colour in one line of the stamped image. I applied these on my index and middle nail using topcoat, making sure to not make the coloured lines even. On my ring and middle nail I stamped the same image. I topcoated and voila!
I really like these colours together and I have always been a sucker for a zig-zag / chevron image. This choice really got me excited and I am pretty sure I will be doing some variation till I’ve run out of all my ideas What do you think? What would you have done this month? Don’t forget to check out Joyce and Juanita because I am very sure they are slaying it this month!
Thanks for reading,
Juanita
What!? No pink? And I was so sure you’d use pink! BUT I do like the colours you used!!!

I really really really wanted to use pink (as usual) but like I said, I have so many other ideas so I will just HAVE to do this again…probably with pink 😉
Thank you

Hehe, all three of us used some sort of green 😀
I love the combination with gold and black, but I feel there’s something missing… starts with a P and ends with ink :p
Michelle Roberts
Wahahaha. You don’t know the internal struggle to not go with something starting with P and ending with Ink. I did think it might be a bit too predictable but I should’ve know……can’t go wrong. It’s so cool that we all had some sort of green going on.
